I called the warranty number, robo answer that they're not available and directs you to a CS email. It goes to "ESI Enterprises" which seems to be a wholesale distributor based in California. Google reviews are not good, proceed with caution.

Bought one through the LG program earlier this month. Very happy with it. Just outstanding in all respects, but I'm not an expert.

I bought the Refurb. US Version of LG C5 65" from MicroCenter on Sat for $849 with a $99 two year warranty added. They handle returns within 30 days if you don't like it. They also had the Samsung OLED S90DF Refurb for the same price on Monday.
