The standout gift cards here are the One4All Ultimates, since those can be swapped for a ton of brands including Home Depot gift cards and Lowe's, but the Treat Yourself swap cards allow for a relatively rare discount on Grubhub gift cards, the DoorDash discount of 15% is typically the best discount rate that it gets outside of retail holidays, and the Home Sweet Home swap cards also offer a rare 10% discount on both Ikea and Staples itself.
Staples processes their own gift card purchases as they would any other merchandise, so paying with a credit card that earns a bonus on office supply stores will net you a decent amount of rewards. However, they will email-deliver the gift cards from an email address that will most likely get sorted into your spam folder unless you've ordered from them before.

The Taco Bell is showing 10% off not 15% as OP mentioned

Where do you get a standard 15% off DoorDash? Without Costco at 20%, I have been looking for a replacement.

Best Buy and Kroger are generally the best places to look if you want a simple discount on the card and want electronic gift cards delivered instantly. There is a deal at CVS this week, in-store only, that gives $15 in CVS Extrabucks back on the purchase of a $50 DoorDash (with some other brands included like Macy's and PlayStation) but $15 of store credit at CVS that will expire is generally a worse incentive than an equivalent discount.

$15 extrabucks for 50 essentially makes it 15 off 65, which is better than 15 off 100 but as you said it's extrabucks that are not worth a buck each because cvs is grossly overpriced, and also it expires, which you can manage. I'd say its about the same as 15 off 100, assuming you can quickly buy something for that 15 bucks...
