There are all manner of generic OEM Chinese, 50 piece 1/4" drive impact socket sets also made from 50BV30 Chromium-Vanadium Cr-V to be had for $30 or less. They don't have the extensions and only go up to 15mm vs. 17mm for the Tekton, but they're also 1/4 the cost. Example…

I could see this Tekton set in the $60 to $80 range, but $120 just seems too high for a 1/4" impact set. I firmly subscribe to the "buy once, cry once doctrine" when it comes to purchasing tools, but with little sockets like this, I just don't see the 4x premium for a Non- U.S.A, German, or Japanese made tool.
