For $25, you're not going to get great quality, but you'll get something that likely gets the job done a few times before the flex head/ratcheting head comes completely loose and you have to screw it in again. These wrenches also have a lot of side to side play, standard, which is not desirable.

Chinese impact sockets are fine but when parts are moving you want to get good brand craftsman, Milwaukee these are low end but at least they are better than these Chinese brands

First of all, Craftsman is mostly Chinese, and second, these are not even impact sockets.
