And I'm guessing most subways will opt out of it

That's how it's been in my area - SoCal

I used to buy subs during covid - the manager there noticed I only bought during sales, so they skimped on toppings. If store participates, they will likely do that to toppings

Exclude 5 meats. And the code is FLBOGO according to the link.

Subway's BOGO footlong promo is a solid way to cut the cost of a footlong, especially where regular prices run high and the deal can land around $6.99 or two breakfast subs for just over $10. The code FLBOGO has been working in some places, and the offer has shown up in rewards and mailers alongside a 2 for $12.99 option. Participation is uneven, though, with many locations opting out or rejecting coupons, and some orders have triggered skimped toppings, extra charges, or app and receipt hassles.

  • The FLBOGO code can work for footlong BOGO redemptions when the store participates.

  • The $6.99 footlong pricing can be a meaningful savings versus local NorCal pricing that often exceeds $14.

    INeverPayRetail

  • Some app rewards show the promo as multi-use across different days while still appearing in the rewards tab.

    JaTaN

  • Some locations accept the deal and apply discounts after initially showing participation messages.

  • Coupon or promo redemptions can lead to smaller portions or skimping compared with paying full price.

    lilgopheebofuknjanglez

  • App and online ordering can fail to apply the offer, forcing in-store redemption when the offer is visible.

  • The promo can exclude specific items, including five meats, which limits eligible footlong choices.

  • Repeated redemptions can trigger account bans, so multiple orders in one day carry risk.

is the promotion code a one-time use or good for multiple times until the end date?

I used it once on 4/1 and again on 4/3 -- promo still shows up in my rewards tab

Should be multi use but I wouldn't abuse it with multiple orders the same day

Bring back seafood sensation and I'm in. I hear some place called Bo Dudley's has it. I'm nowhere near one but would rather walk across glass barefoot than go to Subway unless it's for my beloved fake seafood then I'll do it on my stomach šŸ˜

When I went into the app just now and selected my store I got a message they were not a participating store, never had that problem before. I tried the footlong codes that I knew and it wouldn't accept any of them so I got distracted and took care of a chore and surprise when I went back to delete the order they had added a reward for a $7.99 footlong. I then got the message again that my store was not participating and the discount was not applied on the payment screen. I deleted it and then they added a rewards offer for an $8.99 footlong meal and this time it did accept the discount. Haven't decided if I want it or not, I may end up at Arbys today instead. They have a BOGO french dip sandwich which I love and 50c cheaper.

I just now received a mailer for Subway and it seems like they have done away with adding promo codes on their coupons. They have a QR code on them and they have the deal. The best deal is the BOGO footlong free. Then they have the 2 for $12.99. The paper also seems like it is the cheap kind, not the glossy coupon kind. Hmm...interesting.

The last mailer I received from Subway, there were no promo codes on it. I finally had seen a BOGO footlong coupon after so long though. There was also a QR code in place of an old school barcode, but it basically looked like what a coupon would look like before codes were introduced.
