I used to buy subs during covid - the manager there noticed I only bought during sales, so they skimped on toppings. If store participates, they will likely do that to toppings

Deal works ay my local stores. But I liked the $6.99 FL for a single sub. I don't want to have to buy 2 to get this price. Of course the deal doesn't work on the 5 meat Italian which is one of the only subs that has a somewhat sufficient amount of meat.

Hello, have you ever had a cancelled/voided order but hours later the status changed from cancelled to picked up ? I was charged and the owner says that they don't cancel orders, and she is unable to locate it. It was paid with a GC and $2 of my rewards. I was trying to reach out customer service, but there's only a virtual chat : (

Their website rarely works for me. It'll just crash and then block me from browsing. Crazy that a restaurant with thousands of locations has that issue.

I mean, Jersey Mikes wants $17 for a whole sub. $6.99 wasn't bad as long as the store doesn't skimp on ingredients. Also, add in using their 4th sub free promo and discounted gift cards, you could get a good value if you tried. Grocery prices alone for consumers seems to have doubled on most stuff, I'm sure restaurants aren't doing much better.

I have constant issues also with the app. I've deleted it, added it back in, changed account info and passwords...nothing. It's frustrating to get text messages from them with some kind of discount or other offer and just can't use the damned app so I wind up going in the store and if I can find the offer listed, the store will apply it without any issue. To be fair, I thought you were trying to get more for something you had to pay for; however, on the website, it clearly states that jalapenos are free to add. Of course, I think they would have to cap it at some point. Someone could easily ask for an entire bucket of them (probably to store at home).

That is what I thought would happen when I used one of these viral Jersey Mike's codes and I would always alternate between two locations, every other day. They do not seem to care; however, if corporate is watching their systems and seeing my name on every order.
