The Soundcore Space One is a significant upgrade over the Q20i, primarily offering better noise cancellation technology and higher-quality wireless audio support. While both use 40mm drivers, the Space One is positioned as a more premium "mid-range" option compared to the entry-level Q20i.

Performance & Audio Quality
  • Adaptive Noise Cancelling (ANC): Space One features Adaptive ANC, which automatically adjusts to your environment, whereas the Q20i uses standard Hybrid ANC. Users report Space One is noticeably better at reducing ambient noise and includes a specific wind noise reduction mode.
  • Audio Codecs: The Space One supports LDAC for high-resolution wireless audio on Android devices. The Q20i lacks LDAC, meaning its "Hi-Res" quality is only available through a wired connection.
  • Call Quality: The Space One has 3 microphones with AI-enhanced voice reduction for clearer calls, compared to just 1 microphone on the Q20i.
Design & Battery
  • Build & Comfort: The Space One has a more modern, premium design with rotating joints for a better fit and improved headband durability. It is slightly heavier than the lightweight Q20i (265g vs. 246g).
  • Smart Features: Space One includes wearing detection (automatically pauses music when you take them off) and HearID for personalized sound profiles.
  • Battery Life: Both offer 40 hours of playtime with ANC enabled. However, the Q20i lasts longer with ANC turned off (up to 60 hours vs. 55 hours for Space One).
