They clean well. The only thing I don't like about these is they get stuck in my GE's soap dispenser, and consequently, leave soap residue. It was driving me nuts. At first I sprayed the inside of the dispenser with a short burst of Pam, and that worked like a charm. Then, I found something better, a spritz of Dawn Powerspray keeps the pod from sticking, or at least so far.
Also, the history seems to show they were cheaper three different times this year.

The same happens to me and I just throw them in the bottom of the washer. Front left side (don't know if that matters). I've had no issues for many years!

This is very bad and wasteful.
The first part of dishwasher cycle is pre wash. It's only hot water and no soap. All that dirty water is drained. Then fresh water and your soap is dispensed.
You're waisting your soap immediately in the prewash .
