Decent wheels and brakes. Adjust and add more grease to hubs, headset, and bottom bracket based on past experience. Single speed is a HUGE liability, even on level ground since bike can easily carry an additional 100 lbs of weight. Price almost doubles with 3/7 speed option. That's ridiculous since the additional parts only add $100 max to the build.
