I got one of these and returned it within a week of usage. The amount of steps necessary to clean the tank when you're attempting to go between dry vacuuming mode and wet mopping mode is gross and annoying. And even after that, the vacuum suction power was lacking in comparison to the older Dyson I had. Would not recommend.

Charging station on these break very easily, its mostly just okay at cleaning tile floors, its pretty mediocre on wood. The warranty tends to be fine, you fill it out and wait 2 weeks and voila.

i'm just looking for a more automated version of the ocedar mops. tired of these fancy mops that while they clean well, take forever to clean and take up a lot of room. any recommendations?
