Grabbed one of these about 4 months ago. It's very nice and works well. The USBC PD negotiation is a little goofy (errors out with samsung super fast charging on an S24U and tab 9 FE), but I can handle using a separate charger or turning off super fast charging when I need to.
My biggest reason to purchase it was the fact that you can connect your own 48V battery with some hacking to the expansion port. Hooking up 20KWh of rack mount batteries will be game changing when I get around to it.

UPS is 20ms.. PSU typically holds charge for up to 16ms 😕

Probably referring to Will Prowse, who reviewed the 6000w Oupes and had some weird clicking from the unit that sounded pretty bad.

This unit apparently wastes 70W or so just idling. Does anybody know what the loss is if in use and not idling?

Decent product considering the features. It's been at this price forever however. Also, keep in mind Oupes does not support firmware updates currently.

I have this and tested it recently after sitting for 6 months. It gave an error code and nothing would get it operational. Oupes is replacing it. If I needed it during that time, or upcoming- I'd be up a CREEK!
