I definitely have a problem with a set of WMart pens like this that will come off after I take items out of the freezer. They leave a near-permanent "purple" stain on the counter if I don't notice it fast enough. I haven't had that issue with Sharpies.
"He said, 'What would you like to pay?' I said, 'How about five bucks a pen?' He said, 'That's all right.'
