these are terrible, the paint comes off and you can't tell which is which. only get measuring spoons with it engraved.

Are you putting them in the dishwasher?

EDIT: I know they're dishwasher safe, but that's in reference to the steel. Dishwashers are abrasive enough to deteriorate soft/non-permanent paints.

I have these in multi-color and love them. Paid $10 back in November 2023 and I'd do it again. They're really nice for the retail price and even better on sale.

The magnets hold securely, so they don't come undone in the drawer, but they aren't strong enough to hold the entire pack on your fridge. Anything over three spoons and they start to slide.

Paint is still pristine with no fading/flaking. I know they're dishwasher safe, but I hand wash only.

Reviews on Amazon show people who hand-washed and it still came off, although it looks inconsistent: it came off their Tbsp measure but not their tsp, suggesting inconsistency in printing.

Some of the photos on Amazon show the measurements stamped/engraved, so not sure if the models you receive could vary, or if the newer ones are all printed.

Another thing I saw in reviews: one user showed that this measures a Tbsp of water as 11ml. Should be 15ml. So these are not going to be accurate, if that matters to you.

Don't know if I'd call them terrible, but can confirm the paint does come off of these eventually

The two in one feature is a life saver when you are dealing with measuring 2 different ingredients but the same measure. I do hand wash these and so far the paint has held up well.

I got the multicolor version and keep it hand-washed. I glued a couple magnets under one of my cabinets near the coffeemaker so I can stow it just out of sight. My other measuring spoons tend to end up spread around the kitchen like dandelion seeds caught in the wind, but these are always right there, it's great.

I've had the gray version for a few months and the text has held up to hand-washing. The magnets keep the spoons together neatly, the flat spots allow them to sit on the table without spilling their contents, and the 2x spoons allow you to measure the same amount twice. They're sturdy enough for most ingredients, but might bend if you tried to scoop some thick peanut butter.
My main problem with these (and most other measuring sets sold on Amazon) is they're inaccurate. So I usually buy 2 sets, check them against my jewelry scale, and keep the best ones. If both sets were good, then I'd keep both.
