Are these better than the ones that are included with reolink? I'm not impressed with their ability to charge.

I got this last deal and it does not work for my battery Ring. It never charges the unit even in full bright sun. Mine has a barrel plug and I am guessing it's not compatible with my version of Ring. I contacted the seller support and they sent me a new panel but it still isn't charging. It does however charge the batteries by themselves if I connect the panel directly to the batteries outside the unit, but why even bother at that point. The first panel never even was recognized by Ring as being connected in the app. The second panel is recognized now on the app but still never charges. YMMV on this working.
