It's Costco.com via Costco Direct freight shipping so I don't think the local stock/inventory matters!
I'm in for one -- at this price it is a fantastic deal. I bought the smaller Silverton 610 for $999 last summer at the Traeger Road Show -- and with all the goodies he threw in (3x Meater Thermometers 8 bags of Pellets, Stainless Veggies Tray, etc.) the price normalized to a be a decent deal. But I have always wished I got the bigger XL version with Super Smoke but it was $1699 -- which was overpriced at that time.
But, I've loved using my 610 yet really wish I had the Super Smoke and the extra grill space. I'm always having to take extra steps to use a smoker tube and the smoke is definitely not as clean from the smoker tube and can quickly make my food taste too smokey/harsh/acidic, and is far less convenient, etc. So this is a no brainer upgrade!
