It's not exactly random, Firebat is not bad and I see it a lot. I've got 2 different systems from them before, one was perfect 100%, the other one had funny Windows with funny "addons" that triggered all antiviruses and Malwarebytes. So I nuked it and re-installed, looks good now.

Very good deal for the specs!

Perfect for homme, office, emulation and light PC gaming.
Having x2 m.2 ports means that you could sacrifice one to add an m.2 adapter and use an eGPU for a massively better gaming performance.
Soldered RAM is the only bummer, BUT 16gb is plenty and I think that is the reason that these are so cheap, which is a win.

Seems like a great deal if you are in need of a mini pc like this, this pricepoint is the home of mini pc's with 8gbs of ram and n100 cpus or possibly a r5 5500u if your lucky. This is MUCH better, if your willing to take a lil risk with the random china brand.

Ugh ... Sucker/hoarder in me just bought another one .... I got one the last time they had a deal and recently I've been meaning to lower my power consumption by shutting off one of proxmox nodes to replace it with this.

Hopefully they work well when I get around to testing it soon. I guess if it really has ddr5 ram that is reliable, cant beat the price.

I'm hoping we see an 8-core Zen 4 mini during this sale with 16GB of RAM, but I suspect we won't see one below a $400 price point. They were fairly easy to find for ~$300, sometimes closer to $250 mid-2025, but we all know what happened since then. Now all I can get around that price are barebones minis with an 8-core, and these older Zen 3/3+ 6-core minis, so I'll have to figure in $105-$125 extra for the RAM alone if I want an 8-core.

it says output is hdmi 2.1 but can only do 4K 60? I'm trying to buy something to use moonlight game streaming from my main PC to living room, but i want to do 4K 120hz. I thought hdmi 2.1 can do 4k 120hz.
