I think the emphasis on brushed vs brushless is overemphasized. If you are just looking for power tools to use on projects around the house, you'd be throwing money away on brushless. You'll never benefit from what brushless offers besides the performance gains, that you probably don't need. I have an old Milwaukee M18 combo set that I've put through hell, including dropping my impact in a bucket of water, and they all work the same as they did when I first got them. I only went brushless once I started taking contracting jobs that covered the cost of them.
My dad has a building company. Class A contractor and does residential and commercial work. He has plenty of brush that he bought when they first came out and they still work fine. They haven't broken down so no need to replace them.

Brushed vs brushless makes a big deal on battery life which still matters for DIY jobs. If you've got old brushed tools you're happy with, fine. "I bought this 10 years ago and its held up and worked fine" and "This is worth spending new-price money on today" are two very different things. If you are buying new and you don't need Dewalt brushless you really should be looking in the Craftsman-Kobalt-Ryobi tier for better value. (Even then, these package deals pretty much always have lousy filler.)
A low end cordless circ saw or sawsall is likely to be a source of frustration, corded ones new/used are a dime a dozen and very good cordless are often in 100-150$ range. The multitool is good but routinely on sale as a kit for $99 or better. The drill/driver are not worth buying new. The battery combo is meh.
