While I don't have this exact one, I have a couple that are similar (less battery, no flashlight), but these are VERY useful for hot days with no breezes. I use them when mowing the lawn to help keep from overheating.

I've got a guy I work with that uses one of these and swears by them. I had to ask him what that sound was though because he sounded like a vacuum cleaner whenever he would come by
