I tested a pair of the bookshelf speakers several years ago.
The Spektor 2
They were decent for the price at that time, I enjoyed them.
Keep in mind at that time the bookshelf pair was $399 at full retail and I paid about $300. these came out close to 10 years ago.
Would they be worth the $750 now, nah. Even the $480 discounted price is pushing the idea of a deal. That would be a realistic retail price.
I'd guess the small towers are the better value here. They probably are worth it for the $576 a pair price.
I do wish the towers were a 2.5 design, not a 2 way as that bottom woofer is a long way from the tweeter for proper integration at crossover, especially at 2500hrz.
$288 apiece is a pretty good price for towers with decent WAF, but a pair would cost $224 less than all 5 speakers in that Energy 5.0 sale bundle which includes a 3-way center as well as 3-way towers: https://slickdeals.net/f/19355292
One could easily buy the Energy bundle and (if not needed) then resell the center and bookshelf speakers for $300-500 to more than cover the price difference.

1st Energy, now these.
They might not be the newer Oberons 7s but at this price you get a pretty good value.
Especially since the 7s are on sale for $700 each!
Definitely fall in the same category as Energy and or JBL Studio 6s that recently popped up ime.
Especially considering cost difference.
