Newegg was decent before it was bought out. Doesn't matter how good a deal, I personally avoid them.

Retired government laptops. I returned one of these a few years ago at work. It was pretty solid. I have heard some complaints about this series having more issues than others but I never ran into trouble.

at work we ended up getting rid of all of these well before the 3 yr leases were up due to how many of these things cooked themselves under their own heat

Yup I hope mine gets retired soon. I have a 5530. It's also humorous it doesn't come with the USB C hub. Wouldn't be a bad deal if it came with that to repurpose.

These were some of the WORST premium DELL laptops ever made. Complete shit in quality, worse than some cheap $50 Chromebook. Almost everything on these failed within 3 years. Stay away from this model like the black plague.
