Granted, I always try to fill up at Top Tier station if the difference is just a few pennies per gallon, but at this savings, its a no brainer to fill up even if its not Top Tier. A tank here and there of non-top-tier makes no difference at all. Moreover, my 7-11 app is showing some Sunoco in the area that qualify, which is Top Tier.

If you add money to your "7-eleven wallet" and then use that to pay for gas, you'll get an additional 3 cents off at participating stations. This discount has no limit, as far as I can tell.
It also qualifies as a convenience store purchase on the GasBuddy card towards earning stackable 3 cents off discounts on fuel purchases per every 25 dollars spent. I doubt that's even a very good deal, it's just what I've found so far.
