Less of a sequel to one of the most fan-loved RPGs of all time (especially after community patches), more a Telltale-esque hop into the same world but with a fraction the choices and things to do. $12 is a reasonable price point.

This'll be on Humble Bundle for $2 at some point this year. It's not good enough to send to the front of anyones catalogue. I'd just wait at this point.

I bought it at this price point and... It's frustrating. There's a fun Vampire game hiding in here. The city is gorgeous, the traversal is fun... Story is not bad, and they make decent work of the WoD setting. Combat is hit or miss, can be very janky, but a lot of the superpower are insanely fun. But good god, some of the writing is atrocious, NPC characters come it two varieties: catty bitches and even cattier bitches, the side-quests garbage, the RPG elements non-existent, and calling it a sequel to Bloodlines is an insult to each and every letter in the title. That said, I enjoyed my playthrough and things actually get far more engaging in the last act, narrative-wise, but I would probably be furious if I had spent more than 20$ on this title.
