it depends on your use case, but I've found I need to upgrade to the fuel. but the quick swap could be a selling point for you in-itself

I've only used the fuel, but I wouldn't want anything less. It still needs plenty of time to get through harder material.

I have killed two of these and still prefer it to the M18. Perfect for cutting in tight places and I second it takes longer in hard materials. I used mine primarily to cut commercial steel door frames for electric door locks and holes in drywall. I got 2-3 years of heavy use out of both that died. First one I broke the fork inside, second I burned the motor out while cutting rusted bolts on my Jeep XJ exhaust while using a high output battery.

Still my favorite tool. I like the Diablo & Dremel carbide blades, but I also don't pay for them myself, work does.
