This should be the same as the hydrogel version of Vetericin, so it's also safe for pets. One thing to note is that the hydrogel version will separate over time. Also, at least with the Vetericin version, the hydrogel will dry inside the spray nozzle.
How long is this stable for? HOCL degrades quickly within a week or so, hard to tell but if it's in a clear container even worse as it degrades really fast with light
