This is a bleach based gel stain remover that clings to grout, caulk, washer gaskets, and other vertical spots better than watery sprays. It is described as working well on stubborn shower grout, front load washer mold, and rubber seals, often after a few hours or more than one application. The main drawback is that results are inconsistent on some shower doors, grout, and washer areas, and the squeeze bottle can be hard to dispense. The advertised 35 percent coupon also appears unreliable or account dependent, so the deal math may not always land as shown.

  • people cleaning mold-stained grout and caulk around showers, sinks, and toilets because it's a bleach-based gel that goes on thick and comes out white/clear after a few hours, and commenters say it works great on grout/caulk (including rubber seals/gaskets).

  • homeowners tackling stubborn washing machine mold because multiple commenters report it works well for front-loader washer mold and even the washer tub/gasket area (though some note it may take more than one application).

  • shoppers who can use Subscribe & Save to unlock the coupon because commenters report the 35% discount can apply in checkout when S&S is selected (and can be canceled after the first shipment).

  • people with small, stubborn grout areas who don't mind waiting a few hours because commenters say it worked well on grout when they let it sit briefly (and others mention the main downside is needing to wait a few hours).

  • buyers who want a gel format that stays put on spot areas because commenters say bleach/drain cleaner can drip off wall spots, while this gel stays put and still cleans effectively.

  • shoppers who rely on the advertised 35% coupon showing consistently because multiple commenters report the coupon didn't display/apply correctly (or wasn't available on their main account, or stopped displaying).

  • people trying to remove mold from a shower door or grout when they need guaranteed stain removal because commenters report it barely removed stains on a shower door even after trying twice, and others say it didn't work on their shower door mold or grout.

  • buyers who want to use it on ceramic or metal surfaces because the product guidance commenters cite says not to use on ceramics or metal surfaces (and they specifically questioned ceramic tiles).

  • people cleaning a large, floor-to-ceiling tiled shower who want fast coverage because one commenter says the gel is inconvenient for a large tiled shower and would rather use a spray bottle with the same active ingredient.

  • front-load washer owners who tried it and expected it to work immediately because at least one commenter reports it didn't make a difference for their front load washer.

I would like to apply it on the bathroom's ceiling. Does anyone know if it will stick to the ceiling like glue or will drop down like liquid?

Hydrogen Peroxide works great, plus it's cheaper. It's corrosive so don't let it sit too long.
If you can get 30% hydrogen peroxide and not splash it on yourself. Speaking from experience, the stuff from drug stores doesn't cut it. Nor does bleach or scrubbing.

Worked for me for incredibly stubborn washing machine rubber and grout.

Fastest and most effective shower cleaner I have ever found is the hydrochloric-acid based toilet bowl cleaners.
Not only does it instantly kill the mold/mildew and remove the stains, it quickly dissolves limescale/rust stains.
Wear waterproof acid-resistant gloves, dip your grout brush in the hydrochloric-acid-based toilet bowl cleaner, then scrub the grout in one pass--it will work fast--then rinse it off quickly. You don't want to leave it on long. One pass will take off limescale/rust stains too. Be careful not to splash the undiluted cleaner on exposed brass or steel drains.
I have also tested phosphoric acid (used for etching concrete) and it works well too but is weaker than the toilet bowl cleaner. It also can permanently turn colored ceramic tile white. The hydrochloric-acid-based toilet bowl cleaner doesn't seem to turn colored tile white--at least not as fast as the phosphoric acid.
Note, do not mix acid and chlorine beach, as it will make toxic chlorine gas!

Was looking for something new to try since sprays weren't cutting it. Tried on some test spots and this product worked great. Also didn't smell as much as spraying bleach everywhere. The only annoying thing is having to wait a few hours to let it do it's thing, but first world problems.

I asked Rufus what the ingredients are.
The ACTIVE Mold Stain Remover Gel contains sodium hypochlorite (a form of bleach) as its active ingredient, along with deionized water, sodium alcohol ether sulphate, sodium silicate, sodium polacrylate, and sodium hydroxide.
Since this is a bleach-based product, always wear gloves and eye protection when using it, and ensure good ventilation. Do not use on grout or porous surfaces where bleach could cause discoloration.
