Have and own this, works like bleach. Goes on as a thick gel, then things come out white/clear in a few hours.
says to wear gloves etc. but seems the same to work like bleach.
Ingredients: Deionized water, sodium, hypochlorite, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium silicate, sodium polyacrylate, sodium hydroxide.
Use: gloves, eye protection
For: tile, grout and caulk.. refeig/washers on rubber seals and gaskets, tile grout, tub, shower, sink, toilet and window calk too.
Don't use on: Ceramics or metal surfaces

This is a bleach based gel stain remover that clings to grout, caulk, washer gaskets, and other vertical spots better than watery sprays. It is described as working well on stubborn shower grout, front load washer mold, and rubber seals, often after a few hours or more than one application. The main drawback is that results are inconsistent on some shower doors, grout, and washer areas, and the squeeze bottle can be hard to dispense. The advertised 35 percent coupon also appears unreliable or account dependent, so the deal math may not always land as shown.

This and a spray bottle works the same and is way more convenient. Same active ingredient. We have a large, 2 person, floor to ceiling tiled shower and there is no way I'm using this spot gel on the entire thing. Also, no gloves are needed but I would suggest you bring out the old Covid mask because the stuff smells.
I've never used the stuff in this post but that eco lab stuff is amazing.
Side note i got this to try because of all the comments.
