This is a 20,000 mAh battery. Just test mine and it only charged my phone 4 times, that has a 5,000mAh battery. After messages to Jackery, they ADMIT it's 20,000mAh and said they would correct the error. But even squeezing that bit of info out of them was a chore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, you can do just as well with a 20,000 power bank for a lot cheaper.

No inverter, no AC outlets, this is just DC power. There's that Daran on the front page with an AC outlet, ~100 watt hour capacity, for just under $50.

Keep in mind with any power bank/power station their rated capacity is the capacity of the battery inside, not what it will put into another device's battery. This is because there is conversion loss between the power bank's battery to the 5V feed at the USB outlet. And then there is conversion loss at the receiving end where power goes into the USB port and then converted into energy in the other device's battery. Typical combined loss of both ends is 20% to 40% more or less.

DC, but no 12V. I bought the Ecoflow version because I need the 12V outlet for my portable fridge, which it will run for 8+ hours when left in a hot car.

Yeah, no 12v on this one. Not even the 5.5x2.1 barrel plugs. I have bigger ones, EcoFlow and a Bluetti (and the built in system I did years ago) because I'm fully off grid. 12v fridges are awesome. My Alpicool has been running steadily for over 4 years in an uninsulated van. Mostly in Florida, Texas, and New Mexico. Stays chugging along perfectly with barely any power draw.

Misinformation. I can charge my Anker 20k mAh power banks from this 3 times easily.

Unless you can show a screenshot from service proving it, what you are claiming is fraud, which Jackery has not been accused of previously.

I'm not arguing, I'm telling you what JACKERY TOLD ME when I pressed them. Obviously their Customer Service is a joke and not to be trusted no mater for or against. The unit itself does feel heavy, I think it's 40A at best. I've recently charge my phone twice and it's down to 80%. That's 5A x 2 = 10A and from there you can add it up and it's about 50A. If you're fully charging those 20A bricks 3 times, it's about 60A, so I have no idea what's in these things, AND NEITHER DOES JACKERY.
