We ended creating a new Target account, with a different Gmail address, just to try and see if it is new accounts getting coupons.
We did not provide a phone number during setup (it's optional) and we clicked on "Join now" to join Target Circle but didn't enter the birthday.
Voila! It worked. 20% and 10% stackable coupons

We created yet another Target account just to test it, and both of the new accounts have the stackable coupons.
This is Target's way of saying "we know you are a regular shopper and have our store card, and likely to make the purchase even without the coupon so F you no discounts for you, we own you, we don't need to incentivize you, only new accounts get good stuff"
Ended up purchasing the Qrevo Pro, the slimmer and longer dock is more convenient to us, we are going to put it sideways so it's more flush with the wall, and we had 1 for local pickup closeby.
Plus we couldn't cough up the extra $200 for the Curv, not trying to make this a Curv vs Pro comment it just doesn't work out financially for me. Pro came up to $362 total, not bad for our first advanced vacuum robot that is not a Roomba or extinct Neato.

Roborock Qrevo Curv is a high end robot vacuum and mop that stands out for strong suction, smarter navigation, and a self washing, self emptying dock. The camera based obstacle avoidance, corner arm, tangle free brush, AdaptiLift threshold crossing, and remote viewing features make it feel more hands off than older Roborocks. Setup and mapping are fast, and it handles pet hair and everyday floor cleaning well. The main caveats are that the LiDAR does not retract, so it will not fit under furniture below 4 inches, and the mopping can leave circular streaks or need extra passes. A polished pick if your home layout fits its height.
The adaptiLift feature helps the robot cross thresholds during cleaning runs.
The camera-based obstacle system can improve obstacle avoidance compared with camera-less dock models.
The robot can map a home quickly and run scheduled vacuuming and mopping cycles.
The mopping performance can remove dog prints and leave only faint round mop patterns on lighter oak.
The LIDAR on this model does not retract, which can limit access under low furniture.
Target coupon stacking can be inconsistent, with some accounts only showing the 20% offer.
The mopping can leave semi-circular streaks and may require multiple passes to look clean.
The price can increase after the deal period, with reports of $760 on Target and Best Buy.

So answer is, probably not a discount at this level but there will be more, and in all honesty it doesn't seem like you wanted it that much so don't beat yourself too hard, if you really wanted it you'd have the order placed by now.
You didn't miss out on anything, this is a luxury, not a necessity, go treat yourself with a fancy dinner and you'll be alright, just pick another luxury you want.

Anyways, I don't know why no one else mentions this but these are NOT a straight arrow for mopping either. They loosen the dirt up, they scrub a bit, and they leave semi circle streaks all the way around LOL... My understanding is that they might need several passes (I tried 3 times and it wasn't good enough for me). Perhaps there's other models that do better but not these ones (I compared the Curv vs Pro before purchasing and comparison sites says it's the same).
Once the Qrevo Pro (Curv would be same performance) is "done" mopping with 2 programmed passes that I select, I go with a swiffer and give it another pass to remove the streaks. It halves the effective time I'm mopping though, and the force I need to scrub, so I will continue to use it to pre-mop the area, and I need less swiffer pad changes now.
Try to get a good model with awesome vacuuming and navigation without the added cost and maintenance for mopping, the Curv/Pro does not meet my milestone for mopping.
Besides it's a $500-$800 purchase, might as well budget a bit more and go to Universal Studios if you are still scratching for missing out LOL, that's what I would do.
I had an old Eufy (10 years) before this that was a "dumb" robovac. So dumb, I stopped using it because it would get stuck on everything and just bounce around and vacuum the same spot over and over again. I had been watching for sales on a high quality one but didn't want to pay over $1,000.
If I had unlimited budget, I would get the Dreame x60, but that one is so new it isn't going to be discounted any time soon.
Since I don't know what I'm missing with the Dreame, decided to pull the trigger on this Curv since the price was below $600. I could justify taking a chance.
I have a dog that sheds a lot (but it's fluffy/fine undercoat fur), and I was tired of vacuuming the rolling tumblefurs throughout the house every other day. The Curv was easy to setup and I had my house mapped in less than 30 minutes. Then I used the 3D camera mapping to get an even more accurate saved map of my house.
After that I set the scheduling to vacuum and mop every other night at 1:30am. The first night it sucked up a string hanging from a dog sniffer mat and got jammed. Ran for only 20 minutes before that happened. Oh well, that's on me.
Next night I put that mat away. Now it worked perfectly. I woke up to clean mopped floors. It got all the dog prints off the floor (using a generic Roborock cleaner add-in in the tank) and I can barely see the round mop patterns on the hardwoods (I have lighter colored oak hardwoods though, so it may show through for darker hardwoods). Either way, it looked better than when I hand mop with a wet Swiffer pad. It was very thorough also. I walked my house to see if any spots were missed
As long as it doesnt malfunction wildly or break down in the next month, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I bought all generic bags and replacement parts online to save money when the time comes. It will be so nice not having to constantly mop and vacuum now.
Disclaimer: I did do a thorough vacuuming with my hand vacuum before using the Curv for the first time. Just wanted to make sure I started off easy for the robovac. Otherwise, the robo bag would be jammed with fur before it could even start mopping. I know I will still have to vacuum once a month, because there's no way this Curv could do a deep clean vacuum with only 18,500 Pa. Now for the mopping, I think I may be done with having to mop for a while

It reduced the amount of visible circular streaks and I think it's good enough for me. The only area that I mop separately is the kitchen, we keep it clean but it still messier than the rest, I send the robot manually to do 2 slow cycles with medium water, I call it a "pre-scrub pre-soak" and then I go and finish after it with a Swiffer, while still wet. It saves more effort than time but I appreciate it, it's less mental fatigue.
To do all this I had to subdivide my home into 10 different areas, but it is well worth it.
I know it's counter intuitive and silly to say it, but the more you customize the settings to increase cleaning capabilities, the better the outcome.
