It's like THE butter though. It has a slight ferment to it that makes it taste extra rich.

Meijer stores carry an Amish butter that's $6/lb that actually tastes similar (it has 84% butterfat too), but that may be regional.

I love cooking with Kerrygold. The high fat content keeps it from scorching.

Who knows where the inflation is going. I stocked up with 5 (limit of 5 per checkout). Planning to buy 5 more my next stop.

I also invested in a $190 garage freezer - hoping this will pay off in the long run.
