Bought this at Christmas this year. Anyone know if Costco will refund the diff instead of me returning it and repurchasing it?
I do love the chair though. The massage is great, Bluetooth audio is atrocious though, static, hard to connect, awful quality.

Edit: Chatted with Costco rep via app and Costco authorized a "one time courtesy price adjustment" outside of the 30 days for me! This post just got me $700 back! I love SD!

Anyone know how this compares to the Kyota Kiyomi M698 Zero Gravity 4D Massage Chair ? I got the Kyota last year and returned it (Costco is fantastic for delivery AND return of these). It seemed feature-filled but it was awkwardly too hard in some spots like lower spine and not good in others. The tablet and app felt like gimmicky software made 20 years ago.

Ever since returning it I've wanted another one and would 10/10 recommend from Costco, just not sure if this is a good model

I like it a lot better. I purchased the Kyota, Aspire 3D and Vera 4D. All returned. The maestro is definitely the one to get and noticeably different in every aspect.

This chair is strong. Will lift your lower back out of the seat on max. I like to be beat up when I get massages and this does the trick.

Osaki Al Orion Duo 4D and 3D Massage Chair is pretty much the same price with 4D and 3D rollers 2 instead of 1. Maybe also take a look at that before pulling trigger on this 2018 old chair. Can buy that other one at costco website 2500 off.

Agreed. Looks like this chair is better for a lower price.

Only thing Costco has going for them is easier returns.

Idk off hand the policy... I had it for maybe 30 days and scheduled refund pickup. It was very easy and straightforward. Costco purchases are a little less scary for this reason... they always stand behind their product

My vera is coming next week. This is my first massage chair after some research + reasonable price point. I am curious since you had both vera and this, what those differences were?

Very comfortable. A bit overpriced. You can get 3d versions for less than half.

Something to note is that this is a 2 generations old version of this chair. There's an updated version the Maestro LE, and now the newest is Maestro LE 2.0. The newer ones have touchscreens and I think some other updates
I tried the middle one, the Maestro LE (one up from this one) and thought it was pretty good. Price in store was about $6000. I found it cozy and comfortable to sit in, more so than other chairs I tried. I also tried some of the somewhat more expensive dual roller chairs (DuoMax and another one I don't remember) and didn't like those as much. I think part of the appeal of the Maestro for me was that I fit in it pretty well. I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs and it's just the right size for me; I think people significantly larger might find it too small.

Hiring a real masseuse is far cheaper than this.

Find me a masseuse that will come by my house on a whim at midnight for 30 minutes before I go to bed. 😜
