I do love the chair though. The massage is great, Bluetooth audio is atrocious though, static, hard to connect, awful quality.
Edit: Chatted with Costco rep via app and Costco authorized a "one time courtesy price adjustment" outside of the 30 days for me! This post just got me $700 back! I love SD!

Ever since returning it I've wanted another one and would 10/10 recommend from Costco, just not sure if this is a good model

Only thing Costco has going for them is easier returns.

I tried the middle one, the Maestro LE (one up from this one) and thought it was pretty good. Price in store was about $6000. I found it cozy and comfortable to sit in, more so than other chairs I tried. I also tried some of the somewhat more expensive dual roller chairs (DuoMax and another one I don't remember) and didn't like those as much. I think part of the appeal of the Maestro for me was that I fit in it pretty well. I'm 5'9" and 170 lbs and it's just the right size for me; I think people significantly larger might find it too small.
