bought one and had so many issues, ended up returning it. it was probably a bad unit, shutting off on its own. their return protocol was just annoying, some sort of AI have you troubleshooting for days.

Why do people pay so much for such gimmicky fans. It's more complicated to service and repair than a regular fan. I'll never understand the bourgeoisie class.

Ordered one the last round, it was missing the remote and had to take a picture of everything to prove I didn't receive it. Overall it works great and the heat function is pretty warm. It is also a table top size so don't mistake it for a floor model

How often are people repairing fans? Big Grin

Dyson fans sell because they're very good at what they do- they move air efficiently with no buffeting, giving you consistent "breeze" airflow. Their filtering is also top notch, and the mechanism is just a motor moving a concealed fan blade belt. They're definitely nice and a few steps up from a regular fan.

Great fan/heater, just doesn't have a HEPA filter (some of the other Dyson heaters/fans have it)
