Bought this exact same monitor from this seller on eBay. Monitor received was defective, returned item back to seller. Seller received it back several days ago and still has not issued refund. I'd suggest staying away from this seller.

You will get your money back...Just takes longer...I returned an item and the same thing happened...took like 10 days to get my funds back

I'm sure I'll get my money back, but why make the person continue to wait for a refund after the item is already delivered back to them? I used eBay gift cards and was going to buy a different monitor, now but I have to wait to escalate to eBay.
