Not a fan of the gameplay. Although the premise is super interesting, the combat is a doozy for me.
An encounter with just 2-3 grunt enemies mean you might have to do the hacking mini game 6-8 times. The hacking effect is very short - if you have to reload + dodge another enemy's attack, just 2 simple actions, the hacking time would be over and you have to do it all over again. The flow of combat and your actions are constantly being interrupted.
Not fun for me. I can't imagine lover of puzzles would like this either, since the minigame is extremely basic.

There's a demo out, give it a try. I personally didn't care for every enemy you fight turning into a hacking minigame.

Well, that settles that. I knew nothing of this game until I read your post. No thanks.

I personally would wait for reviews. The demo was pretty cool but to me it's not clear if it can hold up for an entire game

I had no idea there was a demo out. Will have to check it out before deciding.

Here is a crazy idea, try the demo. Look at some trailers. Wait until some reviews are out. Make a decision based on your experience and not the opinion of one person online. Some will say it's the best game ever. Some with say it's the worst.

I tried the demo and I'm super invested in the gameplay. I love hacking mini games and third-person combat, so it's right up my alley. Plus, it's a rare fresh idea from the sequel factory Capcom.
