These are good. note:
(1) none of the TAPOs have PoE.
(2) these are model C216. while they have motion detection, it LACKS detection tagging on the video.

I have this, it is usb-C. I was able to use powerbank to power it so it is actually quite convenient
Has anyone used a USB solar panel for charging these and if so did it work well?
I have not, but the set up would be a bit different as I'm pretty sure you would need a battery involved too (unless you only wanted the camera on when it is daylight). If one of these worked with those solar battery packs that would be pretty compelling - just wanted to give the heads up as I am curious about this too although I am also considering just doing indoor cameras for some time.
Good price but i needed one in black. Will use in my car and in window. It doesn't encrypt (optional?) files, usb-c, 30fs. I'm replacing my old micro usb and 15fps cams. Tapo should make a black model 4k, optical zoom, 30fps. I'd buy.
