Miele is a great company but these new models are largely unpopular. No powered roller head, bags are more expensive, build feels cheaper. I'm waiting for a sale on a Sebo and using an cheap bagged upright Kenmore until then. The pink'ish one. A bag lasts more than a month, much easier and cleaner than bagless. Bags are cheap also. I don't even remember how I got convinced bagless was better, it's not even close.
Miele was a great company. New Miele is pretty bad. Products are 50/50. Anything older is mostly good. Anything newer is mostly bad. The company itself is terrible to deal with now.
