We tried to get this deal when it showed up last year or so. They gave us the initial order and we just.. never saw a server again. I mean we did, in the distance, but no one ever came to our table to actually provide the refill. The food was just awful. I remember the queso was like somebody diluted it with water. We were hoping the next order of whatever we changed it to would be better, but we never got to find out. No one ever even came to give us a bill, so we just kind of.. left. I figure I paid for bottomless and didn't get what I ordered, so I didn't feel bad.

Online ordering from the website/app. It's always there. I paid $25 for like 20 wings with a side of their fries. I forgot their fries are very good. Very thin fries and well seasoned. They won't let you have that deal in the restaurant.

Sorry that your service stunk. The Bdubs around me have pretty decent service.
Of course it is it's stealing, even if you only received part of what you would have paid for. You would have to tell the management your intentions, and they would likely be sympathetic and try to make it right. Making that decision for yourself would be theft.

You are incorrect. I was just there, and they do in fact offer to put in another order as soon as the first one is delivered. The server even checked back in-between. In total, we ordered 6 separate apps (2 at a time) for a grand total of $10. Never felt "maintained", that's just ridiculous.
