I bought one of these a few years ago for a small garden shed. I put down bagged concrete, used tapcons to bolt the bottom to the concrete. Used "diy" spray foam cans on the inside walls and ceiling. Its held up very well. Its got to have a good foundation because it is pretty flimsy without.
I got the bigger double door one and did the exact same setup for a dog house and it has also held up. Well worth the money if you want to go through the effort. I think if it as bolted to a deck it would likely hold up pretty good as well.
Biggest frustration is pulling the plastic off the metal sheets. My bigger shed still has some on, because I quit haha. Hope this helps someone.

Mines been up on a wood platform for about 5 years now and agreed biggest issue is the darned plastic. No leaks and I've mounted broom holders to the sides.
