Why is this so expensive??? I thought maybe the case could act as a stand for the tablet but doesn't look like it either.

I just bought this for my iPad yesterday, independently of this deal. I like the product a lot. However, I think $65 is the going rate for it. This doesn't seem like a "deal" per se.

The value here is that it's exceptionally light weight and compact for travel. You can get very slim and light keyboards for cheap but the ones I have used stink to type on and don't last. Other compact keyboards from Logitech or other premium brands tend to weigh more intentionally.

This is a slick deal? A good BT keyboard costs $20 a cheap one that will get the job done can be had for $10!

it's an entirely different game when you have to depend on it for work.

Those flakey $10 boards are going to annoy the hell out of you when you have to meet deadlines and get deliverables out.

This is a tablet keyboard, you doing real work on a tablet? I really like these and have about 10 of them amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Keyboard-Touchpad-PC-connected/dp/B014EUQOGK/ref=sr_1_15?crid=1W6DNJM4RUPH3&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.Hq4QHcOeV1DEp9t5LNdDikgRuEAPmLWe9aKKzkmCsNcBGDm9OYVNsIqI3T0KlwFZDr0ABM3iMo8D5m1D6MW2XLUXXMubbkNhVzaUWjbra_k6Lz2zWJx_JT9c6eMMMVkPZUu3IzQegqiT9ufhQIfc1eyM8F2odB_iP3sDmr1aJEfPEuz-0eqvhEvmwVzwcb343qh5bEBR7cg1icELod_8Orp07mh3--noQXX9MLeJpGs.4dtUireyJGE7auSFfQfVTBvNwLPj3zA8Kg4oVQybcKY&dib_tag=se&keywords=wireless+keyboard&qid=1775730411&sprefix=wireless+keyboa%2Caps%2C173&sr=8-15 can usually find them on sale for $20 they are tough and reliable and have a track pad which i find handy sometimes. Still a far cry from $65 I don't do any of that evil "w" word stuff anymore I still with my passive income!

This one is for a very specific use case: tablets. Specifically, for those using an iPad as a laptop replacement. The cover helps when you slip it into your bag. I work on-site with clients every day and successfully used a K380 plus a Roost stand for many years until I upgraded to the (vastly better) MX Mini. The MX Mini is a little heavier, and the rechargeable battery does not last as long as the K380, but the tactile feel is MUCH better. I actually have 2 MX Minis: a standard American English version for 90% of my work, and a second Spanish version when I work internationally.

They are all wireless, and need USB transmitter to communicate with host. For some reason it's hard to find bluetooth keyboard. It's even harder to find bluetooth keyboard with trackpad.

which keyboard would you suggest for steam deck? With dual connectivity (bt and 2.4) and more or less compact.
