I have the older model of this and would not recommend it. Have an issue with mine and their support is nonexistent.

Same experience.. when they went by Daranener.. i got the neo2000 which has a capacity of 2073.6Wh. My delta2 is running longer than it even being half the capacity. I'd wouldn't recommend them.

I have the earlier version and it has been great. It is low power and low capacity but is 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of similar units. I was impressed with the build quality. I had a question and concern once and they replied and sent me the information I needed the same day. If 350 watts is sufficient I would recommend it.

Yup I have the older version of this and it's ok. Issue I have is the power reader isn't accurate. It won't show power draw accurately. Like I would be at half battery then the next minute it's dead.

Can this technically run 65W thinkpad laptop for 4-5 hours at normal load? Why does it say 100W laptop for 0.8Hr? Who runs 300W gaming laptop on a battery? Never seen such a thing but I might be a bit behind when it comes to those things. Most efficient laptops don't even use 65W, maybe 20W tops?

These larger-ish power banks seem to be kind of iffy.
The prices have been crazy good compared to the advertised numbers, but do not trust it. They die prematurely.
If you actually need it for power outages, get the big brand names that respond.
I paid $900 for my GoalZero Yeti 1000 (which is discontinued now) which has solar capable inputs... but that was over 8 years ago.
I ended up buying another unit because of my good experience with it. Used for camping, power outages, outdoor events. I try to keep it charged for the just in case moments, but sometimes forget.
No issues, both units are about 90% now after this long. And I have had a few times where I had them sit and forgot to charge them to 80% for storage and the went down to zero... happy that I have not had more loss.

Unlike some other power stations that utilize a plug like a pc power plug, the lost plug makes it much more less useful. Can anyone lead me to a plug name, and/or a link to amazon where I can buy one for my missing plug?

Thank you.

I have an older version of this and it works fine to deliver power but it shows full battery until it dies.

Tempted to grab one, but I also kind of want to hold out for an Anker C300x at Costco. Not sure if those will be back anytime soon though.
