I own this - very handy during power outages - powered my tankless water heater, coffee maker, lights, small fridge and kept all our devices charged during a 72 hour outage. Meh price tho. If you add this to your cart on the Anker website and don't check out, they'll often send you a 20% off code which would bring the price down to $400 no including any CB available.

Yeah, I remember this same Gen 2 power station was well below the $400 mark without discount codes or sales.

I only got a 5% coupon for abandoned cart earlier this year when I was shopping around. Reddit users seems to say 5% as well. Did you buy from Anker directly before? Wondering if 20% was for loyal customers or targeted.

Tested this and got a 5% coupon from Anker after about 15-20 minutes leaving it in the cart, but it's off the $499 price on their site which brings it down to $475. Amazon will still be a better price, or unless you're lucky and get the 20% off.
This was almost $100 cheaper around the holidays. If you need it now it's probably a decent deal but deals will get better towards the end of the year I would imagine.
Amazon had it down to $350 in December. Not a bad deal but if you aren't pressed to get this today it's possible you can get it for cheaper sometime in the near future

Great 2000w inverter but paired with a small battery creates limited use only. If you're using it for a few hours, it's a great system or using a 50 to 60w load, it'll run for hours. I'd go for gen2 but at that price, I'll probably buy Delta 2 max which is a solid option and I personally own it.
