all the 'natural' PB's do. Skippy does also. Please stop with the lack of balanced info. It's not ideal, but it is a trade off. There's also less net carbs in natural PB than standard.


Palm oil in peanut butter is generally not "bad" in moderation but is less healthy than natural, oil-only options.

Did you try Kirkland brand? It doesn't have palm oil.

and you have to stir it I bet. the reason palm oil is used in natural PB's is to prevent separation.

Stir and store in fridge to avoid separation. That is inconvenience I dont mind for healthy option

refrigerated PB tastes like eating tar and feathers. Ever try spreading it on bread? you can't without destroying the bread.

As my post says "in moderation" it is fine. I'll stick with something I enjoy eating.

Never tasted tar or feathers to know the taste. Setting it out for 5-10 mins helps soften the PB for me!
