Pretty thick case.
This case is: 16.73" L x 10.83" W x 15.67" H
In comparison, the Fractal Torrent (a pretty big case) is: 18.4" L x 8.7" W x 17.7"
The main difference is the torrent has it's PSU location on top while the MUSETEX has it on the back of the motherboard essentially.

Also, all the reviews and pics are for the white one.
I imagine it would need to be wide to not have PSU heat directly next to the CPU. It still doesn't look like that area is big enough to hold a normal ATX PSU.
