This is seed oil industrial slop+ extreme levels of heavy metals.

Just eat some chicken/steak/or Parmesan cheese and you'll feel better.

As far as I can tell, seed oils are wrongly-maligned based on social media "nutritionists" playing an endless game of telephone with each others' bogus claims. Here's an article that explores the subject: https://www.consumerreports.org/h...363483895/

The concern about heavy metals definitely has legitimacy based on recent testing by Consumer Reports. They did a whole investigative series on the subject. Here's an article by them on some of the safest protein supplements: https://www.consumerreports.org/h...432164344/

The above said, something about these little tetrapack protein drinks regardless of brand always make my stomach feel funny, and I avoid them both on that basis but also on the basis of single-use packaging being super wasteful and more expensive than just buying a big tub of protein isolate.

Huh? Is it because I used punctuation? Have you met many bots who mention that tetrapack protein drinks give them diarrhea?
