I picked these up the last time they were on sale. Too soon to comment on the lettering rubbing off. I'm hand washing to help prevent it but I can also see any friction from the magnets might also cause it.
I will say though that they're very sturdy. I was using one to chip away at the desiccated hard block of ranch dressing powder mix that comes by the metric ton from Costco. It also is nice to have narrow spice jar spoons and regular round spoons together. And as an avid baker, I can say 1/8 tsp is an uncommon but useful size, especially if you're in the habit of cutting recipes in half when you aren't feeding a crowd.
Overall, I'm happy. And it's cheap enough that even if the lettering does come off, to me, they're worth replacing.
