Ymmv. I was able to get the TP-Link – Deco 7 Pro BE11000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Whole Home Mesh System, 3-Pack for 212.97 in my area 32935 for 212.97 by using Costco same day delivery. It looks like the price varies by location. This was much cheaper than buying in store. So check your zip code location at https://sameday.costco.

TP-Link's Deco 7 Pro Wi Fi 7 mesh system is drawing attention for steep in warehouse clearance pricing, with reports ranging from about $312.97 down to $199.97, $99.97, and even $54.99 plus tax at some locations. The system is described as fast and capable once updated, with around 1250 Mbps on Wi Fi and solid whole home performance. Smart home compatibility improves by enabling the IoT network, and a separate 6 GHz SSID helped stability before later firmware updates. Pricing is store specific and stock appears limited, so it is a strong value when found locally.
Common Questions (4)
Prices vary a lot by warehouse, ranging from about $312.97 in some areas down to $199.97, $196, $99.97, and even $54.99 in specific stores. Several comments note it is an in-store clearance item, so local pricing can differ sharply.
It can cause smart devices to stop working if they stay on the main Wi‑Fi 7 network, but turning on the IoT network can fix the issue quickly. Running updates also helps, and some setups work better with a separate 6GHz SSID until firmware improves compatibility.
It may not appear in same-day search for your ZIP, but it can show up in the Costco app. The deal is also store-specific because it's an in-store clearance price, so availability and pricing vary by warehouse.
Yes, a price match was honored when the item dropped from $299.97 to $99.97 at local warehouses. That makes it worth checking nearby stores if you already bought it at a higher clearance price.

Edit: There were 15 left as of this morning (11am) after I bought one. Had to go to merchandise pickup to get one
I tried a totally different state and had the same issue. Am I missing something?

None left. I showed up later in the afternoon and some greedy Slickdealer somehow purchased all 15 units @ $199.97 over the phone and they were sitting in the merchandise pickup with a reserved tag
