Ymmv. I was able to get the TP-Link – Deco 7 Pro BE11000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Whole Home Mesh System, 3-Pack for 212.97 in my area 32935 for 212.97 by using Costco same day delivery. It looks like the price varies by location. This was much cheaper than buying in store. So check your zip code location at https://sameday.costco.

TP-Link's Deco 7 Pro Wi Fi 7 mesh system is drawing attention for steep in warehouse clearance pricing, with reports ranging from about $312.97 down to $199.97, $99.97, and even $54.99 plus tax at some locations. The system is described as fast and capable once updated, with around 1250 Mbps on Wi Fi and solid whole home performance. Smart home compatibility improves by enabling the IoT network, and a separate 6 GHz SSID helped stability before later firmware updates. Pricing is store specific and stock appears limited, so it is a strong value when found locally.
The system can resolve smart-home device connection issues by enabling the IoT network, which reportedly takes about two minutes.
In-store clearance pricing can be substantially lower than typical Costco pricing, with some locations reporting prices around $199.97 or even $99.97.
Reliability can improve by using a separate SSID for the 6GHz band, and later firmware updates reportedly helped manage all three channels better on one SSID.
The mesh system can deliver around 1250 Mbps on Wi‑Fi on an iPhone 17 when updates are run and the IoT function is used.
Wi‑Fi 7 Deco 7 Pro reportedly caused many smart devices to stop working, leading to a return.
The system may not appear in search for some ZIP codes, but it can show up when checking the Costco app instead.
The clearance price reportedly varies by store, so the $212 deal may not be available everywhere.
Some clearance tags reportedly indicate no restock after units sell out, which can limit availability once inventory is gone.

Edit: There were 15 left as of this morning (11am) after I bought one. Had to go to merchandise pickup to get one
I tried a totally different state and had the same issue. Am I missing something?

None left. I showed up later in the afternoon and some greedy Slickdealer somehow purchased all 15 units @ $199.97 over the phone and they were sitting in the merchandise pickup with a reserved tag
