I already have TWO of these (got for $35, and $ 41 last year from woot) and I am seriously considering a 3rd, thats how awesome these lights are. GREAT flood light, compared to the dinky DCL040 which is absolutely USELESS when working on cars and stuff.

So tempted to buy a 3rd, but that sound excessive.

You are better off with a 900 lumen Ryobi and a $10 battery adapter.

I haven't come across any lighting solutions from dewalt that are worthy of the mark up and also the battery drain. There's way too many cheap accessible lighting solutions on Amazon that don't require you dedicating your power tool batteries toward.

Great light! I have 2 from years ago. The only downfall is how the adjustable part gets loose over the years

I bought one during Covid with a 2ah battery for $35 and another 2-3 years ago when they went to around $30. This model is good enough to buy a second one!! Thanks to SD, I've collected all the DeWalt batteries, and this is the one I reach for first on almost every job.
