Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your 'My Escapes' account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Daily buffet breakfast is served at SASA restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
Lunch is a two-course meal served daily from 11am to 5pm at GAIA restaurant.
Dinner is a two-course meal served nightly from 5pm to 10.30pm at SASA restaurant.
Daily hour of free-flow local beer, soft drinks and select cocktails are available from 4pm to 5pm from a select menu served at Luna Pool.
All massage treatments at YHI Spa require advance bookings.
The Kidsdom kids' club is open daily from 9am to 6pm. Children under 4 require parental supervision.
Complimentary resort activities include yoga (select classes), pilates, power jogging, coffee painting, flower hammering, volleyball, food demonstrations, bottle painting, and fitness classes.
