no idea if it's a good deal or not, but it's far from EVERYTHING, except the airport. If you are the type to fly 14+ hours to sit in a resort the whole time, then be my guest... if you really want to explore Phuket, I would stay someplace further down the island. Example, any boat tour you take to other island will leave from 1 of 2 marins's both on the east side. Patong (where the nightlife is) is 45 min away with no traffic.

There are so many good resorts there, I would look to stay someplace closer to actual attractions and tourist spots you want to see.

Thailand is super cheap. You can DIY similar for half the price.

This is a terrible price for Thailand. You can find $50/night 5 star hotels all over.

It's 5 nights. Could be a great end of the vacation stretch finisher to just relax. I'd fit this in the middle of a three week vacation if I could swing it.

We went to Thailand in 2019, we stayed at a 5-star hotel dead middle of Bangkok for $120/night

While I don't disagree directly that the value here is terrible, Phuket, Krabi etc in Thailand aren't cheap. When you're thinking inland, sure. Thailand can be cheap but theee islands are tourist traps and they're not comparable to other areas

Just came back from Phuket and I can attest that there is nothing to do on that side of Phuket. Expect to be at your resort the entire time. I highly recommend the southeastern side of Phuket. Good luck getting a bolt / grab back to your resort if you're exploring Phuket old town at night.
