There's a lot of things I like about these, especially at $30. One unique setting is that they can automatically pause your music when you take them off, and resume when you put them on. Just be aware that they start VERY tight and unless you have a tiny head, you'll want to wrap them on a pillow or something to stretch them out. Secondly, you can't turn off the active noise cancelling. So that makes them unusable when riding a bike or being in constant wind.

These are a steal for $30. I own a pair for the gym and are happy with them. I paid way more knowing they're a pair I didn't have to care too much about sweating on or being delicate with. The Beats on ear don't even have ANC. I'll admit it's not amazing, but it's noticeable. ANC creates issues in the wind though so I wouldn't get these if planning for outdoor use where it's regularly windy. These are going to be way more reliable and sound better than any other $30 headphones.

It became painful within minutes. My other non-ANC JBL headphones were almost as bad. They're still not my most comfortable headphones, but after a few days wrapped around a pillow they're stretched out to where I can have them on for over an hour at a time. They're great if you're like me and have multiple situationally dependent pairs.

So I got my headphones today. Almost perfect. Small scratch like marks on the muffs but almost invisible. They look un used. There is some smell possibly from the plastic or disinfectant. Now for the sound. Wow! For 30 bucks this is a crazy deal. The sound is pretty good. Good bass but not annoying. Good mids.. good volume. It's not tight like people say. They are comfortable.. actually a bit on the heavier side. Unbeatable at 30 bucks. Should have gotten another pair. The ANC is good enough to not hear anything else at night.
