Picked these up from Sam's thanks to your comment. Shipping took up a lot of the savings, but still cheaper. Charging members for shipping unless the have a plus membership and not having in store pickup as an option is a bummer.

I don't know about these, but I have the 1280T on a pc. They will not produce deep base deeper than a kick drum. Because the stereo setup doesnt work, I have my computer on surround, but windows Spotify app doesn't play nice still. A 1-plug, 2.1 setup would have made worked. The failure of the 1280T makes me want the 1280Ts. But maybe these go low enough...? Sorry if this isn't helpful for deciding. I can tell you the 1280T alone is not enough
